If you made an order online and you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to Minipitcher within 14 days of receiving the goods (This excludes our Flexfit, Classic Caps, Backpack & Duffle Bag products as these are embroidered on demand). Minipitcher will assess each return on a case by case basis and will either provide you with a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your online purchase receipt.
Please note that your return postage will not be reimbursed. If the items requested in exchange are not available we will contact you.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item Minipitcher will gladly pay the postage costs for a replacement.
All "change of mind" returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.

Minipitcher uses Australia Post to deliver orders within Australia. Minipitcher aims to dispatch your infant, toddler caps and Melamine Plates within 2-5 business days. Youth and Adult FLEXFIT Caps, Classic Caps, Backpacks & Duffle Bags are embroidered on demand and have a 7-14 business day turn around. Actual delivery times may vary depending on; our stock availability, your delivery address, when you make your selection, and circumstances impacting delivery by Australia Post.
